It’s quite simple how our story begins. After working in Michelin star kitchens and well known and established hotels all over the world; I introduce Inacio Lamas. A talented chef now based in the heart of Tulum,
he discovered his calling was to create a more intimate and genuine dining experience.
Creating the perfect setting in the Mexican jungle and embraced by the warmth of the beautiful Caribbean atmosphere.
KITCHEN TABLE, beautiful in its simplicity, uniqueness and its jungle vibes. His menu designed with locally sourced products created in an open kitchen and a team that has only one goal: to make people fall in love with food again.
